What you'll do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide skilled interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches
• educate residents, families, and caregivers
• collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other team members
• maintain timely clinical documentation.
