Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher

The Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher works in person in McFarland, WI, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting pay is $21 or more per hour, based on experience. Aire Serv of Madison provides residential and commercial HVAC services in the Madison area. The role connects customers, technicians, and office staff by handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, dispatching field technicians, and keeping customer and work-order information organized so daily operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• schedule service, maintenance, estimates, and other appointments
• build and adjust technician schedules
• communicate with field technicians
• make outbound calls and follow up with customers
• maintain customer information, work orders, agreements, warranties, and scheduling records
• coordinate with technicians and office staff
• and assist with sales and marketing follow-up.
