What you'll do
- Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of Surgeons, Registered Nurses and Surgical Assistants.
- Organize and maintain the operating room.
- Open sterile packs and prepare instruments.
- Ensure equipment works properly.
- Maintain records on field of medication used intra-operatively.
- Pass instruments and other sterile supplies.
- Prep, drape and position the patient for surgery.
