What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor health, behavior, and emotional presentation
• support behavioral interventions and de-escalation
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral specialists
• educate families
• document in the electronic medical record
• follow HIPAA and regulatory requirements
• support safety and quality improvement.
