What you'll do

• Assist the Nurse Manager with department operations and continuous improvement
• manage units and support compliance with financial, personnel, and nursing standards
• assist in selecting and maintaining qualified nursing staff
• work with Medical Directors to support quality patient care
• evaluate nursing staff
• establish service-specific nursing standards
• participate in committees
• help develop and implement policies and procedures
• assist with planning, assigning, supervising, administering, and evaluating nursing care requiring Registered Nurse judgment and skills.
