What you'll do

• Assist with classroom routines and learning activities
• support developmentally appropriate experiences
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• guide children through meals, rest time, transitions, and learning centers
• prepare materials and support group activities
• encourage social interaction and participation
• communicate with families and teaching team
• follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies.
