The assistant manager supports the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Team Members in delivering guest experiences and operational performance. The role helps lead restaurant operations, train and develop staff, maintain brand and food-safety standards, and support profitability. It leads the team in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.

What you'll do

• Perform team-member duties as needed
• lead team meetings
• oversee training and certification
• maintain brand standards and recipes
• review guest feedback and improvement plans
• support product rollouts and promotions
• maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation
• assist with inventory, vendor orders, labor scheduling, and cost control
• recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members
• manage cash controls.
