What you'll do

• Support assigned outside sales representatives
• audit orders for price, quantity, and delivery
• respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online portals
• enter and manage orders in ERP systems
• coordinate customer artwork and proofing with Graphic Design
• maintain customer inventory records
• provide pricing, lead times, and product information
• coordinate with production, shipping, and sales
• manage order changes and cancellations
• communicate order status
• resolve customer concerns
• and assist Finance with collections and payment terms.
