• Receive daily direction from the General Foreman and Superintendent
• work with craft staff, supervision, and the client
• maintain safety accountability and work quality
• complete timecards and employee evaluations
• conduct toolbox safety meetings and maintain minutes
• manage permits and lockout/tagout procedures
• identify and address hazards.
