What you'll do

• Direct and mentor CNC machinists and production staff on second shift
• manage schedules, machine assignments, staffing, and workflow
• track productivity, quality, scrap, and downtime
• provide hands-on technical support
• collaborate with engineering, programming, quality, maintenance, and planning
• enforce work instructions, safety, and quality standards
• coach team members
• troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machine problems
• maintain shift-to-shift communication
• champion continuous improvement.
