The Tax Accountant, Indirect Taxes role is onsite at the company’s Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Future Tech Enterprise delivers enterprise IT solutions and services to commercial, federal, and global clients. The accountant manages tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, supports audits and planning, and works with Finance and other teams to ensure accurate tax treatment of business transactions. The role also supports reporting controls, month-end close, and tax automation improvements.

What you'll do

• File indirect taxes including sales, VAT, and GST, and applicable local taxes
• research state, local, and global tax regulations
• reconcile tax accounts
• support audits and tax inquiries
• monitor legislative changes and communicate business impacts
• complete tax-related month-end close tasks
• support global tax planning, transfer pricing analysis, and intercompany documentation
• maintain internal controls
• collaborate across departments
• assist with tax automation and ERP enhancements.

Why this role
