Parts Coordinator

What you'll do

• Research, source, and order parts for commercial kitchen equipment
• review technician diagnostics and prepare repair estimates covering parts, labor, and additional charges
• confirm pricing, availability, and lead times with vendors
• update work orders with parts and estimate details
• communicate estimate, approval, parts-status, and repair-timeline updates to customers
• track shipments and maintain inventory records
• coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and leadership.
