The General Laborer, Metal Finishing and Deburring, Daylight Shift role is onsite in Meadow Lands, PA, Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The posting lists pay of $17.50–$18.50 per year. IGS Industries is an employee-owned custom-part and sealant manufacturing company. The laborer finishes and deburrs manufactured metal components and supports cleaning, inspection, material handling, and preparation for the next production stage or shipment. The work contributes to production quality and safe, consistent manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Deburr, grind, sand, and file manufactured parts
• remove sharp edges, burrs, excess material, and surface imperfections
• use hand and power tools safely
• clean and prepare parts for production, inspection, packaging, or shipment
• visually inspect parts
• learn to read basic blueprints and work orders
• perform measurements and quality checks
• move, sort, count, label, and package materials and parts
• maintain a clean and safe work area and follow PPE and safety procedures.
