It assigns responsibilities, monitors workflow, develops team members, coordinates equipment repairs, and maintains shift records and handoffs to support safe and efficient production.

What you'll do

• Lead and support Production Associates
• operate equipment and assist in production areas
• assign daily responsibilities and monitor workflow
• enforce safety protocols, PPE requirements, and procedures
• train and coach team members
• maintain quality standards
• coordinate equipment repairs
• monitor materials and supplies
• conduct shift handoffs
• maintain production records
• support new equipment and continuous improvement.
