What you'll do

• Respond to customer, sales, and internal technical support requests
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• coordinate service activities, parts, personnel, and dates
• prepare service and parts quotations
• support sales at the office and, as required, at customer plants
• maintain service and technical information in company databases
• support spare-parts information and engineering documentation
• apply the company quality system.
