The role leads front-of-house service and reservation operations to deliver a smooth dining experience. It coordinates staff, guest requests, and service readiness while partnering with the General Manager and Executive Chef on guest satisfaction and team performance.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise host and front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
• manage reservations, guest communications, seating flow, floor plans, and table assignments
• resolve guest concerns and gather feedback
• coordinate front- and back-of-house readiness
• support pre-shift meetings and training
• monitor staffing and dining room operations
• partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef
• assist with inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, cost control, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
