What you'll do

• Oversee plumbing and HVAC operations
• manage, schedule, and support technicians
• coordinate staffing, service calls, projects, materials, and equipment
• recruit, hire, train, and develop field personnel
• review estimates, proposals, pricing, and job costs
• monitor profitability and productivity
• maintain customer relationships and develop new business
• oversee vendors and subcontractors
• ensure work is safe, on time, and within budget
• develop procedures and ensure code, licensing, and safety compliance
• work with ownership on budgets and growth.
