HomeRise provides supportive housing and services for people experiencing homelessness. The supervisor directs maintenance and janitorial operations to keep the building, grounds, equipment, and utilities safe, functional, and compliant. The role manages staff, work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, and supplies in coordination with the Site Manager.

What you'll do

• Manage one Senior Maintenance Technician and two Janitors
• maintain preventive maintenance programming and required inspections
• establish safety procedures
• operate and train staff on the Yardi work-order system
• prioritize work orders
• purchase repair and janitorial supplies
• maintain inventory
• perform repairs
• complete unit turnovers and inspections
• maintain purchase records and vendor lists
• respond to after-hours emergency calls when necessary.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and seven years of multifamily maintenance experience are required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. The role responds to after-hours emergency calls when necessary.
