What you'll do

• Process fish to customer specifications and achieve quality yields
• package and present hand-cut items
• scale, pin-bone, and process whole fish
• prepare boxes and ice as needed
• sanitize cutting boards and knives
• inspect equipment daily
• ensure labels are readable and include country of origin
• clean and maintain seafood areas in accordance with GMP and SQF standards.
