What you'll do

• Coordinate temporary staffing with managers and agencies
• handle temporary employee requests, assignments, onboarding, attendance and concerns
• monitor workforce metrics and reconcile timekeeping and agency invoices. Support facility HR, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, payroll and timekeeping, compliance, safety, training and engagement
• travel between facilities as business needs require.
