Control Room Security Officer

The Control Room Security Officer position is an onsite role located in Jamestown, OH. The role exists to supervise security personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and manage emergency situations. The officer will also train staff, prepare reports, and maintain quality customer service standards for the client.

• Supervises security officers and lead officers.
• Ensures post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel.
• Trains new staff and reviews assignments.
• Prepares and submits reports.
• Performs security officer duties as needed.
