What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• replenish amenities, towels, and linens
• report maintenance issues or room damage
• keep carts, closets, and storage areas clean and stocked
• follow safety and sanitation protocols
• assist with deep cleaning and room turns as needed
• and respond promptly to guest requests.
