Aircraft Maintenance Technician

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with compensation of $25–$45+ per hour based on experience. Hancock Aviation’s Baton Rouge facility maintains and supports general aviation and turbine aircraft. This technician performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections, troubleshoots aircraft systems, and documents repairs to help ensure aircraft meet FAA requirements and company standards.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections
• inspect systems and components for defects
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
• comply with FAA regulations and approved data
• document maintenance and repairs
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• communicate with team members, supervisors, and inspectors
• support shop workflow.
