Compensation is $107,400–$161,000 per year. The AI Customer Success Engineer is a hybrid role based in Maple Plain, MN, onsite Tuesday through Thursday. What you'll do

• Understand business users’ workflows and AI use cases
• create and configure agents, apps, and automations
• analyze user feedback and identify capability gaps
• develop onboarding materials and guide adoption
• derive platform setup requirements
• manage support channels and user questions
• translate business challenges into no-code and low-code solutions
• elicit and document requirements
• scope use cases
• define KPIs and acceptance criteria
• conduct demos and feedback calls.
