What you'll do

  • Review, code, and support approval of accounts payable
  • maintain payable files and worksheets
  • process invoices and payments
  • review invoices against budget limits
  • maintain vendor information
  • research and resolve payable issues
  • reconcile vendor statements and sub-ledgers
  • prepare check runs, ACH payments, and bank deposits
  • process employee reimbursements
  • and assist with contribution reconciliation, audit work papers, and general office administration.
