What you'll do

• Perform patient assessments, medical histories, and physical exams
• manage oncology and chronic conditions, including treatment side effects
• order and interpret diagnostic tests
• prescribe medications and therapies within scope
• collaborate with physicians and care teams
• educate patients on treatment plans and self-care
• support coordinated care across clinic and hospital settings
• develop survivorship care plans.
