What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions
• source candidates through recruiting platforms, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches
• conduct outreach and qualification calls
• assess technical experience, education, certifications, clearance, and client fit
• maintain candidate pipelines
• prepare submissions and coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
• maintain ATS/CRM records and metrics
• support placed consultants after their start date.
