What you'll do

• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach
• build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• conduct needs-based insurance reviews
• recommend coverage solutions
• explain products, policy features, and discounts
• cross-sell and round out household accounts
• maintain an active pipeline and accurate records
• assist with renewals and account reviews
• meet and exceed sales and production goals.
