What you'll do

• Answer and route calls, assist clients with routine questions, process policy billing changes, endorsements, and renewals, and schedule producer appointments.
• Plan and staff community events, create and schedule social media posts, coordinate office supplies and vendors, organize records, and help new team members settle in.
