What you'll do

• Lead assigned programs and service lines
• promote evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centered practices
• ensure regulatory and payer compliance
• provide clinical consultation and service-planning support
• monitor outcomes, documentation, access to care, and service delivery
• lead quality improvement
• support audits and accreditation
• assist with budgets and monitor staffing and fiscal performance
• support new programs and strategic planning
• represent Morrison Center with community partners and agencies.
