What you'll do

• Track real estate market trends and identify attractive acquisition opportunities
• qualify prospective customers through fact-finding
• understand decision-makers, needs, competition, budget, timeline, and obstacles
• meet monthly revenue and lead-generation goals
• present solutions, negotiate deals, and obtain contract signatures
• use social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find and follow up with prospects.
