Warehouse Logistics Manager

What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate warehouse activity
• manage expenses, quality, productivity, staffing, safety, capacity, and product flow
• use metrics, training, and coaching to support continuous improvement
• communicate with operations personnel and support customer service, counter staff, QA/QC, and inventory control
• monitor review queues and product questions
• conduct daily safety and housekeeping walkthroughs
• analyze reports and address root causes
• oversee cross-dock and transfer activity
• ensure parcel shipments are processed accurately and on time
• supervise personnel, coordinate coverage, review and approve timecards and PTO, and support training
• maintain inventory accuracy and ensure orders and inbound shipments are handled accurately.
