Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Restoration Technician role is onsite in Cedar Falls, IA, and pays $17–$23 per hour. The position supports ServiceMaster Restore’s water, fire, and cleaning restoration jobs. What you'll do

• Load job equipment and supplies onto the truck
• complete assigned jobs according to company processes and quality standards
• perform damage repair, pack-out, disposal of unsalvageable materials, deodorizing, and surface treatment
• clean post-construction areas
• handle equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products properly
• report equipment issues
• communicate customer issues and daily activities
• prepare job documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement.
