What you'll do
- Assist with IT services and systems
- maintain computer policies and procedures and follow software-use guidelines
- support networks, servers, and switching infrastructure
- repair and upgrade hardware
- support Windows and Microsoft Office
- assist with software conversion and implementation
- keep software updated
- troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- provide technical assistance and follow through on resolutions
- support departments and staff
- comply with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
