What you'll do

• Coordinate wholesalers and implementation of sales and marketing programs
• motivate distributor management and sales teams to achieve sales objectives
• develop wholesaler incentive programs
• sell products and expand product lines across distribution channels
• identify and develop underpenetrated accounts
• lead, coach, and manage sales professionals
• collect market and distributor data and submit reports
• conduct staff education, tastings, and beer dinners
• ensure merchandising and promotions
• manage point-of-sale materials
• maintain key account relationships
• train and manage third-party sampling teams
• monitor account progress and comply with laws governing malt beverage sales and promotion.
