Mobile Service Technician

Job overview

The Mobile Service Technician role is based in Virginia Beach, VA, and provides on-site service at customers’ homes, workplaces, or other designated locations. Compensation is not specified. Beach Ford provides mobile automotive service using a fully equipped service van. The technician performs routine light-duty maintenance and selected recall repairs at customer locations. What you'll do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and selected Ford recall repairs
• operate a fully equipped mobile service van
• provide service at customer homes, workplaces, or other designated locations
• work independently and deliver customer service
• maintain quality, safety, and professionalism while working outdoors in varying weather.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, plus every fourth Saturday; at least two years of automotive technician experience is required. Ford and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
