What you'll do

• Lead preventative, predictive, planned, and emergency maintenance programs
• support resident-first service
• serve as a primary partner contact
• implement operating procedures
• ensure staff and vendors follow safety and building codes
• manage work orders, rent-ready inventory, capital project updates, budgets, materials, vendors, reports, and team recruitment and development
• travel throughout the community and up to 25% as required.
