What you'll do

• Assist with hiring and training team members

• support employment actions in accordance with company policy
• monitor performance and identify productivity opportunities
• help customers with questions or price discrepancies
• reinforce sales pitches
• maintain cash accountability at point-of-sale registers
• and perform other assigned duties.
