The Overnight Bread Baker role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, paying $24 per hour, with an additional $1 overnight shift premium for 11 p.m.–7 a.m. The Global Ambassador is a hotel with six dining experiences, a members club, and a fitness and wellness center. The baker prepares and presents baked goods to established recipes, supporting the hotel’s food service with fresh, consistent products. The role also prepares dough and ingredients for upcoming production, maintains a clean bakery station, monitors supplies, and coordinates with the Executive Chef and kitchen team as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare pastries, breads, cakes, tarts, and cookies according to established recipes
• mix dough, shape loaves and rolls, and prepare ingredients for next-day production
• decorate baked goods and platters
• maintain an organized bakery station and follow food-safety procedures
• monitor supplies and place orders as needed
• ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation
• package and store baked items
• collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team as needed.
