Wellness Representative

What you'll do

• Lead studio tours
• provide personalized sales and service experiences
• educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety, and at-home care
• develop wellness plans
• achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets
• onboard clients and create POS profiles
• manage communications, scheduling, and inquiries
• conduct outreach for promotions and events
• support daily studio operations, marketing initiatives, and community programs
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Why this role
