What you'll do

• Identify and secure luxury vacation rental properties in the 30A market
• generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• conduct consultations, property evaluations, and presentations
• negotiate and close management agreements
• maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
• research market trends and competitors
• collaborate on growth strategies
• coordinate onboarding with Owner Relations
• meet acquisition and revenue goals.
