What you'll do

• Maintain assigned buildings, parking lots, and grounds
• perform or assist with minor repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning, and landscape or irrigation tasks
• follow maintenance checklists
• keep tools and supplies organized
• inspect buildings and grounds for safety concerns
• and drive a company vehicle for supply pickup and delivery as required.
