The Director supervises staff, manages enrollment, and builds strong relationships with families and school partners to support youth development.

What you'll do

• Provide operational oversight for multiple school-age childcare sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to observe program quality and support staff.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and consistently.
• Support curriculum implementation and continuous program improvement.
• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with school administrators.
• Ensure alignment with YMCA HR, financial, and administrative policies.
• Maintain accurate program records and monitor budgets and financial activity.
