What you'll do

• Prepare insurance summaries, binders, certificates, policies, policy changes, premium and loss summaries, proposals, coverage reviews, and other documents within designated timelines
• obtain non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers
• complete renewals
• handle non-renewals and cancellations for cause
• validate audits
• identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities as appropriate.
