General Manager — Restaurant Operations

The General Manager role is onsite in Milton, FL; compensation is $60,000–$68,000 per year. ACG BBQ, LLC is a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, where managers support the guest experience at each location. The manager oversees restaurant operations and develops the hourly team so shifts run smoothly and guests receive the expected service. The role supports consistent execution of company policies and procedures while addressing team needs and reporting plans and goals to the Area Director.

What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members
• maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant environment
• provide team members with guidance and clear expectations
• monitor performance through follow-up and communication
• respond to immediate store needs
• ensure guests receive exceptional service
• execute and reinforce operating policies, procedures, and programs
• report plans, goals, and other information to the Area Director.
