Spanish-Speaking Childcare Provider — Paid Training is an onsite role providing in-home or center-based services in Denver, CO. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. Above and Beyond Therapy provides paid training toward becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and supports children and families affected by autism. The role provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy, follows individualized plans written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst, records session data, and collaborates with supervisors and peers. It contributes to children’s developmental and educational goals through consistent, individualized support.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA
• collect data and submit session notes
• collaborate with peers and supervisors
• participate in staff meetings and training
• commute between locations using a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
