What you'll do

• Manage branch P&L and revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets
• execute the annual business plan
• build relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial clients
• expand backlog and pursue opportunities
• manage estimating, pricing, contracts, and change orders
• oversee safe, timely, on-budget project delivery
• champion safety and compliance
• oversee job costing, reporting, billing, collections, procurement, and ERP data
• and recruit, coach, and retain staff.
