What you'll do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift
• manage facility performance against production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite
• identify bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis and action plans
• conduct weekly performance reviews with senior reconditioning leadership
• guide daily site manager huddles
• support continuous improvement projects and process training
• develop Reconditioning Leads and Managers through development plans and feedback
• uphold operating standards and health, safety, and loss-prevention guidelines.
