Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Lexington, SC, working three days at Peaks of Lexington and two days at Madison Station I & II. Compensation is $26–$29 per hour. NHE provides resident-focused real estate management services for multifamily communities and homeowner associations. The supervisor leads daily maintenance operations, coordinates repairs and unit turns, and oversees preventive maintenance, vendors, inventory, and on-site staff. The role supports safe, well-maintained communities and timely responses to resident service needs.

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and perform daily maintenance operations
• coordinate unit walks, inspections, move-ins and move-outs, and project planning
• manage make-ready schedules and service requests
• assist with hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff
• prioritize resident requests
• inspect vacant units
• conduct safety audits
• oversee preventive maintenance
• manage inventory and supply orders
• coordinate vendors and quality control
• perform technician duties as needed.
