Hotel Night Auditor

What you'll do

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs
• maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints
• process guest check-ins and verify registration information
• restock and process lobby store purchases
• record wake-up call requests
• communicate guest information and shift updates
• resolve room-status discrepancies with housekeeping
• keep workstations organized
• train in Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed.
